How can change the aspect of linear bar like picture bellow? I don't want it to be a straight line,like in default.I know that I ask same question in the other thread but nobody responded there.

Hi Reptilianus,
The attached screenshot is how the LinearGauge looks like after dragging it from the toolbox. I am also not sure what you mean by changing its aspect and what is your ultimate goal. You can refer to the documentation with the available gauge controls: https://docs.telerik.com/devtools/winforms/gauges/bulletgraph/bulletgraph.
