Hi Hoang,
This can be achieved using filtering. Filtering can be added on the report level or on a data source level (for better performance). When creating a filter rule you can use values of report parameters in expressions, this way the data for the table can be changed by changing the values of report parameters on report's preview.

Hello Hoang,
The amount of data that can be processed in a report is determined by the used server machines capabilities - CPU and memory.
Telerik Reporting is an embedded engine that retrieves data and generates resources in memory for each data record. When the document is processed and rendered application resource will be released. On a trial-error basis you can test what amount of data and what number of users can be handled by the available server machines.
