Let user add values that are not in datasource

Hi,
I have a grid view with a GridViewComboBoxColumn and a GridViewMultiComboBoxColumn . GridViewMultiComboBoxColumn's datasource depends on GridViewComboBoxColumn selected value. If GridViewComboBoxColumn value is 1.Bind Model1 to the GridViewMultiComboBoxColumn column , value is 2 there is no datasouce in multicombo and this time user manual add data in multicombo.
Is it possible. Please help me how to solve. Thank you so much,
