Some uses are asking if the labels can be printed left to right and then down, as opposed to the current flow of top to bottom the to the next column to the right.
It could be possible with the using of data items like Table, Crosstab or List and indexed data. After creating this data item with the corresponding data source, add groupings like the How to: Create Multi-Column Report - Across the Page and Then Down KB article exposes. If you would like to achieve such functionality for textboxes whose value comes from the data source, I would suggest to put it into a list or table.
Out of the box Telerik Reporting offers multi-column reports with data flow - down the page and then across. The report could be divided into columns, where they are arranged from left to right, top to bottom, separated by white space between each. The column number is specified by the Report.PageSettings.ColumnCount property. Column width is defined by the width of the report itself in the design view. The spacing between columns is set by the ColumnSpacing property.
The attached project demonstrates the first suggested approach.
