Hi,

I tried the examples which were there along with the q2 beta for mobiles. In the forms example  i get an error which says $("#dropdown").kendoDropDownList is not a function.

I tried using the kendoDropDownList in a similar application for mobile and still got the same error. Can anyone help on what the reasons could be.

Hey,

I've experienced the same problem and found out this is happening because the page in question uses a kendo.mobile.min.js script. The drop down widget is part of the UIWeb package. If you take a closer look at the source code of the on line demo you'll see it uses a kendo.all.min.js and there everything is working fine.

Hi guys... I have included "kendo.all.min.js", but why it does not show as a drop down list instead it just a textbox. Can anyone tell me what is the problem? Thank you...

Hi Neil,

May I ask you to prepare and send us a small isolated sample replicating the issue in question? You could create that sample in the Dojo sample runner or you could create a dedicated project. In the latter case, please, remove any external dependencies from that and make sure the sample is fully runnable. That way I will be able to troubleshoot the issue locally.
