Hi,
Our internal app is very data intensive - lots of forms and/or grids with dozens of fields. Each field can need different validations, such as specific min/max values and whether or not it is required. I currently use Vuelidate for data validations. But as I evaluate Kendo UI, it would be nice to replace Vuelidate with the native tools.
How can I use the native Kendo UI components, such as the NumericTextBox, to do complex custom validations? The documentation examples are falling a little short for me. For example, can I pass each field the spec data (such as min/max values) and then specify what should be validated (such as "between min & max", "allow zero", or "at least greater than min", etc.)?
Thanks.
Hi i want to ask about currency format number like in this demo Link
so i already implement currency format in input kendo ui component but still fail to remove currency symbol
is there any reference from doc? and also where is the list of locales code for currency format?

When pasting a value that contains letters and numbers, the Native NumericTextBox removes the letters but then clears the entire value when you defocus the input. In this Stackblitz project you can see this behavior. The problem occurs with or without decimals or different formats.
Proposed solution
When the NumicTextBox removes the letters keep the value on defocus when it only contains numbers.
Steps to reproduce
For the NumericTextBox Wrapper Component there is the following page which allows the setting and restriction of decimals within the NumericTextBox input.
For the NumericTextBox Native Component I can only find the Formats page which doesn't tell anything about the Precision of Numbers as for the Wrapper Component.
Can I only use the format prop for this by using a custom format (generated based on different regex'es) or is the old functionality related to the decimals and restrictDecimals props also available for the Native Component?
If not, how can I dynamically set or restrict the amount of numbers and decimals within the Native Component?
Currently I have a website that runs Kendo for jQuery which uses multiple cultures in the old Wrapper Components way. I want to re-use these files to change the culture of the new Kendo Native Components. Is that possible? If not, how can I do this with the new culture implementation.
Below I have added a Stackblitz with jQuery culture and Native Components which isn't working atm.
When tabbing into an input element that has a value, the entire value is selected. However, when tabbing into a NumericTextBox that has a value in it, the value is not selected and the cursor is placed in front of the value.
Go to https://stackblitz.com/edit/geamde?file=src/main.vue and enter values for all 3 fields, click the first field, then tab to the second and third field to see an example. This is an example from the NumericTextBox documentation.
How can I make the behavior of NumericTextBox consistent with the other input fields?
