I have a few question about how to get that MVC3 version of the Kendo UI. I'm not sure if my account can have that feature. In our company my coworker gave me this account and sent the package which is only have client side JavaScript files. Could please tell me if I can download a copy for MVC3 and where i can download it, or our company's account just available for client side JavaScript library only and we need pay extra money to get the Full so-called MVC3 package.

You can download the Kendo UI Complete for ASP.NET MVC, which is compatible with MVC 3 and 4, from your Telerik account/Manage products/DevCraft Complete/Kendo UI Complete for ASP.NET MVC/Download. This way you'll be able to install the whole MVC pack that includes Quick Start Demos, Minified Javascript Files, Minified Css Styles and ASP.NET MVC server wrappers.
