I have some problems about Virtual Scrolling of Kendo Grid, sometime total records of grid doesn't correct when I scroll it up and down. it show only 914 records but it must show 1000 records instead, but when I scroll it up then it will working fine. Many thanks for your help.

We are aware of this behavior, however the logic which virtualization follows is optimized for specific speed of scrolling and since there are pending requests and pre-fetching requests strategy, duplicate requests can happen under specific conditions when there are pending requests which take too long time and you scroll to areas which refer the same page.
I assure you that our Dev team did it's best to optimize the virtualization as much as possible and there is nothing I can suggest you to troubleshoot that cases.
