Hello Nilesh,

I am afraid that filtering by two different fields from a single column is not supported. While using a template function will allow you to initialize two DropDownList widgets, the function provides only one element parameter. This means that the second DropDownList has to be manually appended to the filter row and won't be bound to the DataSource's filter options.

Hi Alexander , Could you please help me out with an example with two drop downlist in the template? If we can add two dropdown list then as you said it would be possible to explicitly add the filters to the datasource directly.

Hi NIlesh,

Here is a proof of concept example illustrating how multiple inputs or widgets could be rendered inside the column's filter cell. Keep in mind that this is not supported out of the box and implementing the filtering logic will require a custom solution that is outside the scope of our support services.
