Hello Abhishek,

The problem seems to be related with a jQuery bug, which is already fixed in the newer versions of the library. This topic is discussed in the following forum thread:

http://www.telerik.com/forums/dropdown-list-flicker-first-time#6Kz8cfAJZEO-XQpCucT8mA

However, if the problem still persist after the upgrade, I would like to ask you to isolate it in a simplified runnable sample and provide us with it, in order to locally inspect it.

On a side note, such problem is not replicated in our online demos below, which uses the same version:

Hello Abhishek,

In that case, we would like to ask you to provide us with an isolated example, demonstrating the exact implementation at your end and the problematic behavior that you've encountered.

In addition, as you mentioned that the problematic behavior only resides for one of the DropDownLists, it is possible that the wrappers of that specific DropDownList are causing the problem.

Nencho
