Kendo Chart - Adjusting

Hi,
is it possible to create Charts, where i can resize the bars and geht back the new Value?

Like you can see here: http://www.rgraph.net/docs/adjusting_gantt.html

The functionality you request is not supported by the Kendo UI charts, and we don't offer gantt charts either. You may consider submitting a request for this feature on our User Voice portal and cast your vote for gantt chart here.

Based on the interest, they might be pondered for future implementation.
