To invoke the print dialog, you need to enable True Print. For more information, please review the True Print help article.
Note that to ensure the print operation will be accomplished in some versions of Firefox, clicking the print button would export the report to PDF which will be printed with the available clients viewing tools. More details are available in the provided help article.
