Windows8TouchTheme doesn't show any noticeable change in the control if you disable or enable the control only that the clearcommand x will actually highlight. I tried another theme and well they work. Windows8TouchTheme seems sort of broken with MaskedInputNumeric. This wasn't the case with the previous version of the assembly, presently using 1204.45

We appreciate your feedback for our design in Win8Touch Theme. But could you please elaborate more on the differences in this theme in older versions of RadControls ? Is it possible for you to send us a snapshot or just let us know the 2 telerik versions you compare ?

comparison of the assemblies on the laptop to the desktop, since I haven't been on the road in quite some time was easy enough, previous version I was working with was 2013.3.1016.45 (10/16/2013 is the date on the assembly) as to what the desktop has which was the very latest from the Telerik control Panel few days ago.

We tested Q3 2013 version and Q3 2013 SP and we can assure you there is no change in a disabled MaskedInputControl in Windows8TouchTheme. Furthermore, the disabled MaskedInput has common look in all themes - the border's Opacity is smaller than normal and the ClearButton is not visible.
Can you point us in which theme and when (in which version) this configuration has been different ?
On the other hand, you can edit the style of the MaskedInputControl and change what the Disabled Visual State does to better serve for your requirements.
