I am wondering if kendo ui mobile has some comparable to a scroll wheel? Often in mobile apps you will see dropdown boxes take the form of a scroll wheel to scroll through choices to select. Is there anything like this on mobile? I swear I had seen it before, but looking through all the widgets I can't seem to find an example.

The scroll wheel that you are talking about is most probably the way <input type="date"> elements are represented on a iOS device. Please check this demo on a mobile device, to see what I am referring to:
However this is an HTML component, and Kendo UI does not have the scroll wheel as part of its suite.
