Is it possible to show different value between 2 bars on top of them?

Hi guys,

Is it possible to show different value between 2 bars (series) on top of them?

like red text in the picture 

 

I explored https://demos.telerik.com/aspnet-mvc/bar-charts but I have no luck.

I'm using ASP.Net.

Please give me some advice.

It is possible to demonstrate individual Text over each bar element:

Or display a Tooltip on mouse hover action:

I understand that these suggestions are not the exact feature you are looking for, however, I hope they will prove helpful at least as information.
