If I understand correctly you would like to display column series with border and move the valueAxis. For your convenience here is a basic example - please check it and let me know if this fits the current requirements.

I'm sorry to bother you again. I have another question about this bar chart. According to your last reply you provided me a basic example of this. but how the show the label on x,y axis? And also how can i show the label of values when user mouse over on each bar? Thanks.

I am not quite sure what the expected result here is as the labels on the axes are visible (dojo). Could you please elaborate a bit more?

For this requirement you could use the new highlight.visual feature and draw the labels via the drawing API.

That's the original requirement from our business side ppl . I'm not sure if Kendo UI chart can use this data structure to render the Bar Chart, but that what they want.
