IRootDesignerPresenter already exists

I get "The service Telerik.Reporting.Design.Interfaces.IRootDesignerPresenter already exists in the service container." every time I change from one language to another on a report.  As reported in other threads, closing the report and reopening allows one to get by, but it is highly annoying if one is going to translate the same report into a dozen languages.

Hello Jon,

You should not experience such problems with the Q2 2012 Service Pack 1 where we have made several fixes to the report designer. The service pack is scheduled for later this month.

I downloaded the latest internal build, ran the updater, but unfortunately I now get a new error.

Hi Jon,

The designer issues related to the change of the language are fixed in the Q2 2012 Service Pack 1. The service pack is available as of today.
