Integrating upload component in Umbraco CMS project

Hi There,

I am working on Umbraco CMS - and trying to use Kendo' Upload component but it is not getting integrating correctly. when I use the component 
in separate MVC project it works fine, the moment I reference kendo.mvc.dll in my umbraco CMS project  keep getting errors from Umbraco CMS (especially I am
unable to access published content from Umbraco). can you please advise, how this can be rectified.

I am using Umbraco cms 7.1, .net framework 4.5, MVC rendering engine. attached is the razor code where I am trying to call Kendo component.

the errors not specific to this attachment, but errors are coming from header/breadcrumb pages where I have a code to access certain elements from Umbraco cms, and it is nothing to do with kendo component.

Hello Patrik,

We are not aware of any special requirements related to Kendo UI and Umbraco. In this specific case we prepared small PoC Umbraco project and included Kendo UI in it. Are you experiencing a similar issue?

Considering that Umbraco is one of the most popular ASP.NET CMS applications out there, it would be beneficial  if you could post a public available guide on how to configure it and Kendo UI to work well together. Would also be nice to have a similar guide on how to get it to work with Orchard and DNN, which are also very popular ASP.NET CMS products.

Currently we don't have plans for adding specific guides for integration with the mentioned CMS applications. Nevertheless if you have any specific idea for a guide in mind, our documentation could be found on the following GitHub repository and we gladly accept pull requests, which we consider to be useful for the community.
