Hi,
Apart from the font being bold, I can see any difference in the font.

Hi,
Thank you for writing.
Most of our themes apply Segoe UI 8.25pt to RadButton. Unlike them, the Office2010Blue theme sets RadButton Segoe UI 9pt Semibold font and this is by design.
Since your post suggests that you are not satisfied with the font of RadButton in Office2010Blue theme, I have prepared a modified version of the tssp file that uses Segoe UI 8.25pt. For more information on how to use the theme in your application please refer to these articles: Loading Themes from an External File, Loading Themes from a Resource, Applying Theme to a Control.
