Hi André,
The encrypted workbooks are currently not supported by RadSpreadProcessing, which is used as a model by RadSpreadsheet. We have logged a feature request for this functionality and you can vote for it as well as subscribe to track the status of the tas using the related public item: SpreadProcessing: Implement encryption of workbook.

The features that are going to be implemented are planned for each release depending on their priority. While I understand your concerns, the priority of this task has been already increased due to your request and vote. At this point, there are more pressing tasks the team is working on and I cannot say a timeframe when this feature might be implemented. If you are subscribed to the public item, you will receive email notifications when its status changes. I am sorry for any inconvenience this missing functionality could be causing you.
