IE7 and 8 Pie Chart Problem

I got a problem with pie chart. IE7 and 8 are not drawing the pie chart with single data. I attached the sample code that I am having problem.

I am glad to inform you that this bug is already fixed and the fix will be included with the next official release of Kendo UI.
