Icons Not Showing

Hi,

Ive come across an issue where some of the icons aren't rendering correctly. Occurs on Safari + Chrome on OS X.

Any Ideas?

It happened to me on Lion OSX.

But I was just forgetting to put some files in the correct place.

Be sure you have the "editor.png" file into the Default folder.
