Icon in RibbonWindow is not correct in Office 2013 theme

I've not tried with other themes, but this problem is new in the Q1 2015 SP1 version of the controls.

I am not sure that I can see on the picture what is wrong with the Icon of the RadRibbonWIndow if that is what you are reporting. That is why I would like to ask you to provide us with a little more information about your scenario and the issue that you are reporting.
