I ask you about real-time chart with viewing of histirical data in http://www.telerik.com/forums/how-to-create-real-time-chart-(radcartesianchart-with-spline-series)-scrolled-or-panned-in-time. You gave me information with example there but this example works poorly. I've tryed to improve the functioning of the chart in the example but to no avail. So I still need RadCartesianChart that can show historical data. Please give me an example of such RadCartesianChart with historical data viewing that works good, if this is possible ofcourse. I need such RadCartesianChart very much. I would be very grateful to you for your help.

Your requirement is not supported out of the box by the chart. In order to achieve it you will need to implement custom logic using the chart's API as demonstrated in the other forum. At this point there is no such example in the RadChartView resources (SDK examples and demos), except the project provided in the forum.
