Can you paste the SQL statement here? It looks like you are using a parameter to filter the data. However, there could be a problem with not setting the param correctly to the SQL. Can you try if the report loads data without using a parameter? This will give you indication if you have a problem with loading any data from the DB. If you load it successfully, then it's a matter of adjusting the parameter (hopefully).
