I can't set Percent Complete

I want set a "percent Complete" to Task but i can't set numbers like  30% or 40%  (.30 or .4)0...  just i can set  1  or  0 ...  I use the arrow in the pop but i just can set  1 and 0 ...  what happen there?  i need help...

Can you reproduce this issue in our online demos:

If not, then the issue is most probably related to a specific configuration in your project. If that is the case, please create a dojo sample where the issue can be reproduced and send back the link to the sample:

For a some reason happend when i add the culture at main code:

 

kendo.culture("es-ES");

 ... here more kendo's code...

 

I do not know why... but i deleted it and work it good!

The problem now is that i can set the language spanish in de gantt... becouse if i add "kendo.culture("es-ES");"  i lost the "percentComplete" funcionality... i need put spanish here... (add file in this post)..

The columns's names is solved with... http://docs.telerik.com/kendo-ui/api/javascript/ui/gantt#configuration-messages

But i need the other..

The problem happen when we set a language with "kendo.culture('de-DE');"

I never can't resolve it... In my case, I use  "kendo.culture('es-ES')"  and also i have this problem.

Is this a bug?
