Html Import/Export with "data-id" attribute

As I see when RT control import and export back, it cleans custom attributes.

id tag is required for styles as i understand, but what about my own attribute "data-id" (by html specification all data-* attributes are user defined attributes)?

Is it any solution to prevent remove user custom attributes?

I am afraid that preserving the custom attributes id's when importing and exporting is currently not implemented. We have it logged in our feedback portal as a feature request. You could subscribe and vote for the item to increase its priority and also to get notified when its status changed - RichTextBox: Import/Export of custom attributes to HTML.
