Hi,
If you have a ReportBook gathering different instances of the same report and you need each report to have an unique value for its report parameter (ID), set the report parameter's Mergeable property to false - Report Book Parameters.
If I am misunderstanding the problem, please elaborate with screenshots and/or video illustrating the steps to reproduce it and the result on preview.

I have no Report book. its only 1 Report. I use this checkboxes to filter my report. The filter is working for me. The only problem is no matter the checkbox im clicking. the first checkbox is responding

Please check the following:
- If the report parameters default values are set correctly to a boolean via expression like "=True" or "=False".
- If you use the report parameters correctly to filter data. They can be used in the Filters collections of data items or report parameters can be mapped to arguments of the data-retrieval method as in How to: Connect to a SQL Database (step 6).
