MVVM binding, json has 10 columns, I only need to show 5 of those...

I've tried "visible" or "width" on the header bindings with no success...can it be done?

Hello Steve,

At this stage a hiding column functionality is not supported in Kendo UI Grid. This idea has been already shared at our UserVoice page, so if you wish you can cast your vote for it here. The more votes it collects, the sooner it will be planned.

Actually just found this out...if anyone else reads this

If you use row templates, you can just not include the column in the header or template and its effectively "hidden" (instead of having to modify the underlying json)
