Hello Deepak,
Reports are processed and Rendered server-side by an instance of a Running Reporting REST Service. The HTML5 Viewer is a client-side widget that can be added in any web application - Angular Viewer requirements.
Details how to create a report are available in the quickstart section.
Details how to display the designed reports in an HTML5 Viewer are available in How To: Use Angular Report Viewer with SystemJS and How To: Use Angular Report Viewer with Angular CLI.
You can find local examples with the Angular and other viewers under C:\Program Files (x86)\Telerik\Reporting R2 2017\Examples\Angular.
If the project will use AngularJS, then we can suggest you to use the original Javascript delcartion of the HTML5 Viewer - HTML5 Viewer in AngularJS project.
