Hello,

I tried to update icons for: options, pin and close buttons just like attachment #1 then the background of 3 buttons always white although I tried many ways to change it (the result is attachment #2).

So what should I do to change these 3 buttons's icon?

3 sample icons have been attached in the attachment section

Regard,

Paul

Hello,

Also what should I do to make our alert box have some padding to right and bottom just like the image in the attachment?

Hello Paul,

Thank you for writing.

You can hide the caption grip by setting the RadDesktopAlert.Popup.AlertElement.CaptionElement.CaptionGrip.Visibility property to Collapsed. The position can be controlled and thus to achieve the desired padding. It is just necessary to set the RadDesktopAlert.ScreenPosition property to AlertScreenPosition.Manual and set the desired location to the RadDesktopAlert.Popup.Location property.

As to the buttons, it seems that they appear as expected without the white background. Please refer to the attached screenshot. If you are still experiencing any further difficulties, feel free to modify the project in a way to reproduce the experienced issue and get back to me with it so I can investigate the precise case. Thank you in advance.

I hope this information helps. Should you have further questions I would be glad to help.

 Regards,
Dess
