This is a bug that has been fixed in the internal builds. The upcoming service pack will include the bug fix, too.

Why is always refreshing when using Speadsheet?

Can you please elaborate? What do you mean by "always refreshing", and is that related to the issue of not being able to write in Chinese that has been fixed?
