Hello Harsha,
You can set the report parameter's Value property during design-time. This default value will be used when you preview the report and when the report is displayed in a report viewer. For more information please refer to the Report Parameters help article.

Its not working. The value is stored in the report design mode. But when Im going to preview the report the textboxes​ were empty.I need fill those automatically when I store some value.

Hello Harsha,
The window shown in your screenshot is from the SqlDataSource configuration wizard. To set the report parameter initial values, you need to open the Report.ReportParameters property editor and set the values there.
