The initial load time of RadRichTextEditor may be affected depending on the structure of the document that you are trying to load. Is the initial loading slow with an empty RadRichTextEditor? In addition, RadRichTextEditorRibbonUI is a heavy control with a lot of tabs and groups in each group. Hence, it will need some more time for the initial loading.
