Hello Mahalakshmi,

Thank you for the attached screenshots!

To set the document map text, you may use the DocumentMapText property of a given item. Based on the screenshots, it appears that you have already done that, however, it seems like the text is set onto the table group and not the table itself.

Either the FeeType field is the same for each instance of that table grouping or that instance is spanning across multiple pages and that could be causing the repeating value in the document map.

If you wish to set the document map text for the table, instead of setting it on the table group, set it on the table item itself. Then there should be only 1 instance in the document map when previewing the report.

For more information, please see the Document Map | Telerik Reporting article.

Regards,
Dimitar

The document map name is the name of the report. In order to change that name, you may edit the Report.Name property from the Properties tab located on the right in the Report Designers.

Regarding tooltips, we also support tooltips through the Tooltip property, please refer to the Tooltips | Telerik Reporting article for full details on how tooltips work in Telerik Reporting.
