Hi ,
Indeed in order to remove the CheckBox you would need to extract and modify the OperatorValueFilterControlStyle. You can find the Style in the Telerik.Windows.Controls.PivotFieldList.xaml file located in the Themes.Implicit folder of the installation folder of the controls. I have prepared and attached a sample project which demonstrates how to achieve the desired using Implicit Styles.
