how to locate the selected event via code?

I can call the "select" method to select an event on scheduler, but how to scroll the scheduler to let the event show on screen?

Hello,

The desired behavior is not supported out of the box and custom solution would be needed. Currently I can only provide the following demo which shows how to scroll the current view to given time slot - you can extend it to scroll to selected events on "change" event of the scheduler:
