I just bought the premium telerik package for the latest version.
I have allready work on the trial version 2010.1.10.504
and i dont want to upgrade now to the latest version.
How can i get rid of the trial popup?

Hi Vaggelis Charalabakis,
We have addressed this question in your support ticket already, but we will reply here as well.
To get rid of the trial popup message you need to use Dev version of our DLLs and update the DLL references in your application from the Trial DLLs to Dev DLL. For more details, please read Application Upgrade help article.
