Thank you for your interest in our RadPivotGrid control for WPF.
I am afraid that this behavior is not supported from the control. There is a logged a feature request in our Feedback Portal for introducing frozen columns. I have updated it to include frozen rows. You can vote for its implementation and track its progress. If it gathers more votes, we can consider its implementation.
