If you use the ASP.NET ReportViewer, please take a look at the Applying custom skin to the web report viewer KB article.
In the case of the new HTML5 Report Viewer the menu icons depends on Font Awesome. Thus if you want to change them you can do this through the telerikReportViewerTemplate.html.
