How to delete a forum post?

When I clicked "Reply" button on Telerik forum post the server answered as "Oops ..."
and post did not go to forum. I've tried a few times - same answer from Telerik server but
later all clicks worked out and I have few identical posts in a forum:

3 years have passed since this functionality is implementing. What is the problem? Almost all forums in internet letting a user to delete/edit his/her posts. This lack of functionality could be expected from a beginner but you are big software development company. Shouldn't be any excuse.

The request to enable end users to delete and edit their forum posts has been re-evaluated numerous times, and the final decision was to not to do so. The reasoning behind the decision is related to the fact that the forums are one of our main sources of feedback. Additionally, staff members monitor the forums and strive to answer all customer questions related to our products.

While we do understand that there are good reasons for letting people edit their posts, we want to have an accurate record of all of their feedback and be able to efficiently keep track of unanswered questions.

I am truly sorry for any frustration caused by omitting the above information in our previous responses.

Indeed, editing and deleting of forum posts has been requested in the past and we have considered implementing such features. We do see the benefit of such a functionality. For example, it makes perfect sense to allow edits and deletes at least for some time after posting, to handle typos, duplicate posts, etc. However, there are also considerations in the opposite direction.
