I created DataMatrix on Report Designer R3 2020 at next settings
Encoder: DataMatrix
Encodation: Ascii
SymbolSize: SquareAuto
TextEncoding: Unicode (UTF-8)
Module: 2pt
Value:1
But, it could not read by barcode reader.
If the SymbolSize is "RectangleAuto", it can be read. But, I should be use "SquareAuto".
And, my barcode reader can read the same type DataMatrix generated by other web site generator .
Curiously, the DataMatrix for Reporting Designer reports and the DataMatrix for other websites are in the form of mirrors.
Can anyone tell me what's wrong?

Hello Ryohei,
We have experienced such an issue before. The problem then was related to the scanner. I created a Barcode with the given details and I was able to read it successfully with the Cognex Barcode Scanner. Maybe you can test scanning with this or another scanner.
I will be looking forward to receiving an update from you.

Hi Neli,
Thanks for your speedy reply.
When I tried other scanners, I was able to scan DataMatrix with some of them. But, why can't Telerik Reporting DataMatrix scan at all scanner?
I want to know the difference between a scanner that can scan and that can't.
The DataMatrix generated by the generators on some other websites could be scanned by all the scanners I tried. The DataMatrix "attached file 1 : generated_TelerikReporting" generated by Telerik Reporting is generated from the same values as "attached file 2 : generated_OtherGenerator". However, the displayed pattern is different.
What is the cause of this?
Hi Ryohei,
I scanned the provided screenshots with the Cognex Barcode Scanner and the outcome was 12345 from both of them.
I suspect that the issue might be related to a setting of the scanner. I have made research but I did not any reason that might cause this behavior. Could you please give us more details about the scanners that cannot read the barcode?
