How to change default behavior

I would like to know how to change default behavior of RadCalendar control. In particolar I need to :
- change a color of a single day
- associate a little images to a single day

If you need to change the color appearance of a single day, please refer to our Quick Start Framework application, section RadCalendar >> ElementRender Event where we have an example of this scenario.
