When we reply to a forum or support thread you should receive an email message with the reply and link to the Client.net account so you can login and reply if necessary. It would seem that your email address you've provided here is not valid as you have not received notifications for the replied thread - please update your account details.
In this line of thoughts we have replied to both your messages, but transformed the “How to bind data horizontally” forum thread to a support ticket as we wanted to ask you for some personal information. You can login to your Client.net account and check/reply to the ticket even now (see attached screenshot).
Please use our support ticket system for replies instead of sending us emails or opening new forum threads.
