Hi Rangga,
Out-of-the-box, the Windows Forms Report Viewer does not support themes/skins and its style cannot be modified. You can hide the default toolbar and parameter's area (ToolbarVisible = False, ParametersAreaVisible = False) and implement a custom toolbar by calling the ReportViewer Methods from a custom toolbar area.
