how to allow drag-drop to last child only?

Hi,

Is it possible to allow drag-drop to only last level of tree?
Check out the below example, in this i just want to allow drag-drop to only "item 1.1.1 to item 1.1.4" and that should not be dragable outside of its own UL.

• Item 1
• Item 1.1
•  Item 1.1.1
•  Item 1.1.2
•  Item 1.1.3
•  Item 1.1.4
• Item 1.2
• Item 1.3
• Item 2

How could is this possible? Please suggest.
