I want to know how to add a TreeView inside DropDownList with MVC like your demo in ASP.NET AJAX http://demos.telerik.com/aspnet-ajax/treeview/examples/functionality/treeviewcombobox/defaultcs.aspx?product=treeview
Can you please help me to resolve this issue?

Hello VnDevil,
Adding a TreeView in the Kendo UI DropDownList is not supported scenario. If you consider that we should implement this in future Kendo UI versions, you could post the suggestion in our User Voice portal.

Hello VnDevil,
Nesting TreeView in DropDownList/ComboBox is still not supported officially. We have had such request (see this logged item in the Feedback Portal). As you can see in the comments to this item the Team decided an integration with a Dialog widget would suit more scenarios, thus we have created such example (link).
