Can I use Splitter to create layout in the attachment?

Hello Loi,

Our licenses are per developer, royalty-free for unlimited number of projects. You can see more details about Kendo UI's commercial licensing here.

You should be able to use our splitter to create the layout from the attachment. See demos of the widget here.

Presently only the open source version of Kendo UI (Kendo UI Core) is available via Bower. The differences between Kendo UI Core and Kendo UI Professional are outlined on this page.
