Hi,

I created a Usercontrol using telerik winform controls.

How to include the created Usercontrol into telerik grid view column as Column type

Hello Subramanya, 

Thank you for writing.  

RadGridView allows you to create custom cells and insert the desired elements in the cells. Here is demonstrated an example: http://docs.telerik.com/devtools/winforms/gridview/cells/creating-custom-cells

You can use a similar approach and host your custom elements. If you need to host a control in the cell, feel free to use RadHostItem.
