How do you open time component of datetimepicker using keyboard?

How do you open the timepicker in the datetimepicker using the keyboard?

According to the following link:

you can open the date picker using alt+down arrow, but how do you access the timepicker component of the datetimepicker using the keyboard?

Nevermind,

Pressing ALT+Down opens the datepicker, then hitting it again switches it to the datetimepicker.

The documentation should be updated to reflect this.

The mentioned demo already states that "[alt] [down arrow] toggles popups". In case you find this information unclear, we can change the wording for easier understanding.
